Remote Office
Do you want to be able to access your corporate information from your home office?
Simply put, PODcom can easily provide you to access essential information stored within your corporate office from your home or alternative office.
How is this achieved? Whilst each implementation needs to be tailored to each business in broad terms PODcom will help you to:
- Implement a Firewall at your Corporate Head Office (if you don't already have one)
- Implement a Firewall within your Home Office
- Establish the VPN between the two offices
The following diagram provides an overview of this.
To accomplish the above, generally PODcom will utilise the following components (available on line at our shop):
- either two ZyXEL DSL Router with Firewall capabilities, or
- a specialist ZyXEL ZyWall Firewall (if you want to have more than two remote offices) and a ZyXEL DSL Router with Firewall capabilities
